1. It is the obligation of the customer to ensure the recipients delivery address is correct.

  2. Failure to provide the correct delivery address will result in the customer paying 50% of the cost of the original hamper plus the cost of the postage to have it resent providing the original hamper was returned to sender. 

  3. Boxed & Bowed accepts no liability for incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods where the customer has made no reasonable attempt to correct the address within a reasonable time period. 


  1. Orders cancelled before being dispatched will ensure a $25 administration fee. 

  2. After the cancellation has been authorised the remaining funds will be refunded (minus the administration fee) to the customer within 5-7 days; or at the discretion of customers bank / financial institute. 

  3. Boxed & Bowed are unable to cancel any orders after they have been dispatched before the ignition  cancellation enquiry.  


  1. Boxed & Bowed endeavors to fulfill all orders in compliance with our product descriptions. Products received may be slightly different patterns or designs to the ones shown in the images shown; especially where our Rescued, Recycled and Repurposed products are concerned. 

  2. For photographic purposes wooden boxes, stones and other props may be used for display purposes and are not included in the final product. The itemised product description shown on each product page is the contents of the final product that will be received.

  3. Product prices do not include delivery fees. 


  1. Boxed & Bowed collects personal information of the customer for the purpose of fulfilling orders for products and services. 

  2. Personal information includes but is not limited to: full name of customer and/or recipient, payment details, email address, recipient address and a contact phone number. 

  3. Boxed & Bowed does not keep record of any customer credit card details on file. 

  4. Boxed & Bowed will not disclose any personal information to third parties for marketing purposed without prior authorisation. 

  5. Under no circumstances will Boxed & Bowed sell or receive payments for disclosing customers personal information to any partner or external company. 

  6. Customers can elect to receive promotional material from Boxed & Bowed by joining as a member to receive email from Boxed & Bowed. 

  7. In compliance with Australian law, all marketing material sent to subscribers will have an opt-out feature; so subscribers can be removed from future marketing emails.
