Can I request a date and time for my box to be delivered?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on specific days or times. Please see our shipping page for approximate shipping times.
Where do you deliver Boxed & Bowed?
We are proud to deliver Boxed & Bowed products Australia wide.
What if I supply the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of this mishap, if your order has already been processed and dispatched a fee will be involved in order to have your order resent.
What if no one is home when my order is delivered?
All order need to be signed for at point of collection, if nobody is home your order will be delivered to the nearest post office for collection at your recipients earliest convinience.
Do you deliver on the Weekend or Public Holidays?
Unfortunately we do not deliver on weekends or publice holidays.
What time will my order arrive?
We can not say exactly when your order will be delivered.
Can I order multiple gifts and have them delivered to different addresses?
Yes, you absolutely can!
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes at this time.
Can I place my order from overseas but have it in delivered within Australia?
Absolutely! You can place your order through the website as per normal or send us a email so we can assist you.
Can I make a change to my order after I have placed it?
If you wish to make any changes to you order after placing it please contact us as soon as possible so changes can be made before your order is dispatched.
When will my order be dispatched
As many of our products are personalised and handmade, please allow 3-4 business day before your order is dispatched. If you required your order by a certain time please contact us now.
What currency is the products on Boxed & Bowed displayed in?
All Boxed & Bowed products are displayed in Australian Dollar (AUD$).
What methods of payments do you accept at Boxed and Bowed?
At this stage we only accept: Visa, Mastercard.
Do you accept Afterpay or ZipPay?
Not at this stage, we apologise for any inconvinience.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you are needing to cancel your order please contact us immediately to discuss your options with a member of our team. There will be a small administration fee charge to all cancelled orders.
Is my personal information secure when ordering online through Boxed & Bowed?
We do not keep record of any credit card information provided to finalise your order and all other personal information is secure at all times.
Can I send my gift anonymously?
You absolutely can!
What is your refund / return policy?
All Boxed & Bowed sales are final and we do not offer any returns or refunds.
How will my recipient know who sent them the Gift?
Write your personalised message in the section provided and we will place it in the gift for your recipient to read upon opening their parcel.
