RETURNS​ & REFUNDS

Please take care in choosing your Gifts and Gift Hampers; as all Boxed & Bowed purchases are final

and we do not offer any returns or refunds.

 

We have a great range of both Gifts & Gift Hampers to meet your needs and whilst continuing to create new products to expand our range. If there is any items you wish to swap out please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss your options and calculate the price of your personalised Gift.

 

No changes or change of minds can be made after your Boxed & Bowed order has been shipped.

DAMAGED GOODS

​

The team at Boxed & Bowed take great care in how each order; therefore, it is very rare that any damages are to occur. However, once orders leave our hands and enter the shipping phase this is out of our control and in the hands of Australia Post couriers.

If you have received any damaged items please email admin@boxedandbowed.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will do our best to resolve this issue. We will require photos of how your box arrived to move forward with any resolution.
